With a 30 square foot house and an 18 square foot porch this playhouse is a nice size. When the children are playing house with their friends and the house gets a little full the guests can spill out across the 6’ 6’’ long bridge and hangout under the classy looking pergola. The playhouse roof is poly standing seam for a clean modern look. The pergola has a sunscreen mesh on the top to help filter the sun a little on those bright summer days! With multiple slides this model has enough activity to keep 10-12 children occupied all afternoon.
